Returns & Refunds policy

Because my business includes custom creative services and digital products, refunds are handled as follows:

Services

Payments for creative services are non-refundable once work has begun. This includes consultations, design work, editorial services, and custom projects.

If a project is canceled before work has started, a refund may be issued at my discretion, minus any processing fees.

Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

Physical Products

If you purchase a physical item and it arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
